NST dietetic students Sabrina Lee, Weiwei Liu, and Joy Wang presented posters at the California Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, April 22, 2016, in Riverside, California. The students presented the following posters: "Offering Fruits and Vegetables Compared to Self-Selecting in an Elementary School Cafeteria Setting and Its Impact on Fruit and Vegetable Consumption" and "Utilizing Multi-Station Teaching Kitchens to Address Food Insecurity on Campus".
