About me:
I grew up in Boulder Colorado and got my undergraduate degree at Cal Poly SLO in Nutrition. I love to hike, ski and do love doing yoga.
Research interests:
My research interests include supplementing micronutrients for mental health benefits as well as an interest in nutritional genomics and the effects of nutrition on our genome and how our ancestors nutrition effects our metabolism now.
