Alumna Nicole Anziani publishes first guide to thyroid management

Alumna Nicole Anziani, BS ’06 Nutrition and Dietetics, recently published the first evidence-based practice guidebook to thyroid management. Published by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), The Health Professional's Guide to Nutrition Management of Thyroid Disease trains registered dietitians and allied health professions in caring for a variety of thyroid conditions. The book inspired an AND webinar, as well as a 28-credit Continuing Professional Education exam written for Wolf Rinke Associates.
