I'm originally from Pasadena, Texas which is right on the edge of Houston.

Outside of the lab I love to play music, run near the water, and spend time with my partner, Madi.

What brought me here:
I came to Berkeley because of its Endocrinology Ph.D program. There are important founding members of the field, especially comparative endocrinology, that started here and those who are still active that I admire and hope to learn from.
