About me:
I once taste-tested 12 versions of lemon tahini dressing for a culinary demo—and still love it. I’ve raised three service dogs, including one who now supports a client with diabetes. I spent a summer in Chios, Greece, where I studied Mediterranean diet and lifestyle firsthand. I grew up in Grass Valley, where we grew our own fruits and vegetables, and to this day, my favorite meals are homemade.
