I’m a midwesterner from Central Illinois. I did my undergrad at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

What brought me here:
This is a great opportunity to learn more about metabolism research and to venture outside of my comfort zone. I’m also enjoying the beautiful weather.

Outside of lab I love:
Cooking/baking, watching movies, listening to music, and playing my saxophone.
