The 21-month Master of Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics (MNSD) program prepares students for a career as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. The program provides both the coursework and supervised practice requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credentialing examination eligibility. It is a professional master's degree program and students earn the designation MNSD.
There is a place for all interests and backgrounds in this program and graduates of any bachelor’s program, including dietetics, are welcome to apply for admission as long as they have completed the prerequisite coursework prior to the start of classes. The current class is a mix of future dietitians:
- interests in clinical nutrition, community nutrition, sports nutrition, eating disorders, private practice, and more
- a variety of educational backgrounds
- a variety of prior experiences and careers
- from locations across the globe
